Therefore to qualify for your money back, the following requirements have to be met:

  • The student must have completed every quiz having achieved at least 90% in each quiz.
  • The student must have done the gap fill and questions in each video and have evidence of this in their exercise books.
  • The student must show evidence they have used the exam resources we have, as practicing exam questions is critical to getting exam ready.
  • This is only for annual subscriptions. We will not offer money back on any shorter term subscriptions, as learning takes time and cannot be rushed.
